By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined here.

2. Scope of Services All services are defined at the outset of each engagement through a proposal, statement of work, or written agreement. Work performed outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement. We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or ethical standards.

3. Intellectual Property All work product, concepts, strategy documents, creative materials, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Zach Heffner / The Aisthetes until full payment has been received, at which point agreed-upon rights transfer to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
